ABOUT US
BRAD WILLIAMS and HIS team
Brad Williams was born and bred in Cape Town and has lived and breathed sport his entire life. From an early passion for cricket, soccer, squash, golf, and more, he pursued his love for performance and movement all the way to Stellenbosch University, earning both a BA in Sports Science and a BSc Honours in High Performance. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong career — one that now spans over 10,000 professional hours working with athletes across the globe.
Brad’s journey into high performance started during his university years, where he had the privilege of working with Super Rugby teams, world-class runners, national hockey squads, and South Africa’s cricketing Proteas. Since then, his career has taken him around the world — from Europe to Brazil, supporting Australian ultra-runner Mina Guli on her mission to complete 200 marathons in a year, and working with elite trail runners like Carlos Herrera, Luis Mejia, Cody Reed, and Landie & Christiaan Greyling. In Cape Town, Brad has also had the honour of working with 4x world champion fitness competitor Claudia Jovanovski, and servicing global events including the Cape Epic, Ultra-Trail Cape Town, Cape Town Marathon, Two Oceans, Wines2Whales, and more...
Professional teams Brad has worked with include the New Zealand All Blacks, SA Proteas Cricket, SA Women’s Hockey, Irish Over-55 Hockey World Cup squad, and URC/Super Rugby franchises such as the Blues, Reds, Leinster, Scarlets, and Sunwolves.
However Brad’s true passion goes beyond the big names — it’s about helping everyday athletes and active lifestyle people stay strong, injury-free, and confident in the sports they love. From couch-to-5km runners to 100-miler athletes, teenagers to olympic-level competitors, Brad and his team focus on injury prevention, rehab support, and building resilience for long-term performance.
At the heart of his philosophy is one simple truth: “No glitz and glam. No rocket science. Do the basics, do them VERY well, then progress." Brad believes this is the difference between good and great — and it’s the foundation of everything he brings to his athletes.

THE NEW GIRL
Ella Strangways-Dixon
Ella is drawn to athletes because of what they represent. The determination to push further, the resilience to come back from setbacks, and the quiet discipline it takes to keep showing up. That passion drives everything she does. Her focus is on injury prevention, boosting performance, and helping you stay in the sport you love longer than you thought possible.
She grew up in Cape Town competing professionally in equestrian sport, which gave her a deep understanding of what performance, dedication and recovery truly demand. That journey took her to the UK, where she completed her BSc (Hons) in Equine Performance and Rehabilitation at Hartpury University, gained valuable work experience in London, and returned home with her ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage qualification in hand.
This foundation sits at the heart of how she approaches her work today. She has had the privilege of supporting athletes at the Cape Epic, working alongside a cycling team in the UK, and has since worked with cyclists, runners, swimmers, climbers, and rugby players across a range of levels.
